    Where are you located and what hours are you open? top

    We are located in central Indiana.
    Our web site gives you the ability to shop with us 24/7.
    We do NOT have a physical storefront.
    Our office hours are:  Monday-Friday 10-4 eastern time
    We are closed weekends and major holidays.

    Can I pick up my order since I live near you? top

    We do not offer 'pickup', however, if you live in Indiana, within Hancock or Shelby counties, we can arrange to meet you in a public location to deliver your purchases.

    What is your Farmhouse Rewards program? top

    After you have made a purchase with us, your total dollar amount spent, earns ONE point (excludes ship fees - and purchases made with a prior Rewards voucher).
    After earning 200 points, a voucher will be issued for $10.00.

    The points remain valid for a period of 6 months, and the vouchers remain valid for a period of 6 months.

    Do you sell wholesale? top

    No we do not offer wholesale.
    And due to work load issues, we will not respond to questions regarding wholesale.

    I need something that is out of stock. Can I get it? top

    Many items can easily be requested, if they show as "sold out".
    We take orders for items out of stock all the time.
    But, we do not take orders for items we are not going to restock, so please inquire.

    Many popular items, do have waiting lists, so, many times when an item is returned to stock, it will still show "sold out", as it was ordered by waiting customers, prior to being in our hands.

    If you would like to make sure you can obtain the item you want....please email or phone us with your inquiry. We'll be happy to help you get added to the waiting list.

    Do you ship to Canada or any other country beyond the USA? top

    No. Effective February 2014, we do not accept Global orders.

    Do you accept returns and how do I do that? top

    Please see our STORE POLICY , which can be found on every page of our web site, under Customer Service.

    I've ordered from you before. Do you have my CC info still? top

    We do not keep any payment information, from your previous order with us.
    This makes us "PCI Compliant" and is a security measure for YOU.

    The easiest way to find items of a color or style in our store, is to go to SEARCH, and enter into the box what you are searching for, with various ways of wording.
    IE: looking for blue items? simply enter BLUE in the search box, and our site will pull up every blue item or item with blue in the description.
    IE: looking for red check towel? simply enter RED CHECK TOWEL in the search box to receive the items with those words in their title and description.

    Entering various wording, will give you a wider scope of products, instead of using just one entry. 

    What is my Order status? top

    You can keep informed regarding your order status by visiting Customer Service/Track Your Order.
    We keep the database updated as your order processes thru our system.
    You will need the email you entered on your order invoice, along with your order number/shopper ID number (which are the same).

    Once the order has been tagged to ship, a tracking number can be found, allowing you to track your order's travel time.
