    We are located in central Indiana.
    Our web site gives you the ability to shop with us 24/7.
    We do NOT have a physical storefront.
    Our office hours are:
    Monday-Friday 10-4 eastern time
    We are closed weekends and major holidays.

    What is your Farmhouse Rewards program? top

    After you have made a purchase with us, your total dollar amount spent, earns ONE point (excludes ship fees - and purchases made with a prior Rewards voucher).

    After earning 200 points, a voucher will be issued for $10.00.

    The points remain valid for a period of 6 months, and the vouchers remain valid for a period of 6 months.

    Do you sell wholesale? top

    No we do not offer wholesale.
    And due to work load issues, we will not respond to questions regarding wholesale.

    No. Effective February 2014, we do not accept Global orders.

    Do you accept returns and how do I do that? top

    We do not keep any payment information, from your previous order with us.

    Authorize.net does all handling of our CC purchases.
    This makes us "PCI Compliant" and is a security measure for YOU.

    You will receive an email from Authorize.net upon your purchase, showing your card was used, and the amount charged to you.

    I need something that is out of stock. Can I get it? top

    Many items can easily be requested, if they show as "sold out".
    We take orders for items out of stock all the time.
    But, we do not take orders for items we are not going to restock, so please inquire.

    Many popular items, do have waiting lists, so, many times when an item is returned to stock, it will still show "sold out", as it was ordered and paid for, prior to being in our hands.
