PRICING AND PRICING GUARANTEE
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
In the event that an item you purchased, within the prior 7 days, should be discounted due to a sale promotion on our web site, contact us with your invoice #, date of purchase and your full name.
We will then be happy to extend a price adjustment for you, in the form of a store credit.
This guarantee applies only to the same exact item that was purchased within the 7 days prior.
SALES EVENT TERMS
All sale events have expiration dates.
Sale pricing is only valid during the published time period and only valid with the terms of sale.
Sale pricing is not valid on previously placed orders, with the exception of our Price Guarantee found above.
Email is our preferred method of contacting you, so we do ask that a valid, working email, is entered at checkout.
We do not share your email so you are secure when allowing us to have your email, for your order process.
Your email will also enable you to earn Farmhouse Rewards Points, with each purchase you make (excluding purchases redeeming Rewards vouchers).
Your email will be added to our email list for news, sales, and coupon emails.
You are agreeing to this at checkout, when checking the box that you have read the Store Policy.
You are able to unsubscribe from our newsletter emails, at any time, at the bottom of each email you receive.
Please print a copy of your receipt that is emailed to you after making your purchase with us. Your printout will be your record, as no paper receipt will be included with your shipped order, allowing us to reduce paper waste.
If you do not have a receipt come thru to you, your ISP has blocked our email to you.
Please check your spam folder, as this email is automatically generated with every order.
Farmhouse-Primitives.com ships within the 48 continental states of the USA.
We do not ship globally.
We do not ship C.O.D.
We utilize USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship your order.
The choice of which shipper will be determined by the weight of the box, size of the box and distance to your location.
Your order will be billed a ship fee at checkout.
We do not charge a handling fee.
The shipping fee, may/may not, need to be adjusted if any of the following conditions apply:
- the order ships in more than one box
- the box is oversize in weight or size
- your shipping zone is a higher rate zone (ie: Pacific, New England areas, etc.) than billed initially

If you are local, you may select 'pickup' at checkout.
We will meet you in a convenient location to deliver your purchase, in any of the following counties:
FYI: Our shipping zip code is 46140 (Central Indiana) to provide a rough estimate without weight or dimensions of your box.
(If you wish to have a 'rough estimate' of the shipping cost to your zone, please email us BEFORE ordering so we can weigh the item and estimate a base cost without the packing and the box weight.)
If additional shipping is required, we contact you for payment, prior to shipping your order.
Once the additional fee is paid, the box is released for shipment.
If your item requires additional shipping fees to travel to your location, and the item you ordered is a 'special order', 'framed to order', 'made to order' item, and you refuse the additional ship fee required, we are unable to refund for the item or items you ordered if it falls in the 'special order' 'made to order' 'framed to order' category.
We will choose the most economical way of shipping for you if your order exceeds the parameters of the normal shipping allowance.
If you have a UPS account of your own, please be aware that you may be able to save on the high UPS rates, by using your own account to request pickup from us.
This can be decided prior to an order placement, or place a note in our 'comment' box when checking out if this is something you would like to have information about.
Once your order has shipped, your tracking # is retained in our web site database, which you can view by going to “Customer Service/Track Your Order” on our site.
To 'track your order', you will need your order number, and the email address you used at checkout.
You will also have an email arrive to you from our shipper, once they have scanned your package.
This provides you the opportunity to know exactly what day the package will arrive, in case the shipper leaves it on your porch, etc.
Please note: If you should need an item by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing the order, to see if that date is attainable for your order.
We cannot guarantee delivery of any item we sell, but we can offer a good time frame for you in regard to the item in question.
We ship every week, but not everyday.
Your order will be added to the next order pickup list, after we process and pack it.
All items in your order will ship together.
So, if you have a ‘made to order’ item in your order, please expect all items to ship with that ‘made to order’ item within it’s production time frame.
Farmhouse-Primitives.com is not responsible for any damage in transit of your order, and insurance is included on every order that is shipped, for your protection.
PROMO/COUPON CODES AND VOUCHERS
Promo codes and coupons may not be combined.
Vouchers (earned from our Rewards Program) may not be combined with additional vouchers.
Promo codes, Coupons or Vouchers, MUST be entered at checkout to be valid for use with your order.
All discount codes and vouchers have expiration dates. Please note the expiration date and keep in a safe place until use.
We are not responsible for discount codes and/or voucher codes that have been lost.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Farmhouse-Primitives.com reserves the right to decline or refuse any order, at any time, for any reason or no reason.
We do not accept payment of check or money order, for orders placed online.
If desiring to use check payment, your Debit Check card will function as a check, on our payment portal when used as 'credit'.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal for payment.
We do NOT see your CC information when you place your order.
Authorize.net is our processor gateway and takes care of your payment to us.
This is a security measure for yourself and makes us PCI compliant.
Your payment method will be charged at checkout when the order is placed.
No order is accepted without payment.
When you provide information at checkout, your payment information is NOT kept on file.
We keep only your name, address, city, state, email and phone number in our database, for the purpose of processing any future orders, and providing your rewards points for your order, with our Rewards Points program.
You are required at checkout to acknowledge the Store Policy, that your email will be added to our email list, for news of sales, events, and new merchandise.
You can always remove your name from our email list, by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of our emails.
Farmhouse-Primitives.com will automatically charge sales tax in the state of Indiana.
For any order shipped outside of Indiana, no sales tax will be charged.

If an item we offer is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, on our part, or our vendors part, we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for said items.
We will contact you regarding the error, and you may then choose to have a full refund, or pay the adjusted lower or higher price.
If you choose a refund for the item with error, a full refund of the price and ship fee charged at checkout for the item with error only, shall be credited to your payment method used at checkout.
Please inspect your package upon arrival, in case of damage during transit.
We cannot issue a credit for any item damaged in transit, that is not reported to us immediately, upon arrival to you, within 3 days.
We hope you enjoy your item when it arrives, but we understand that some times there may be a reason that would happen, which creates a return to us.
Please follow the below terms for returns:
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION is required for any item you wish to return.
We are not responsible for any return sent to us without a ‘return authorization’, nor are we responsible returning the item back to you, when you have not requested the ‘return authorization’ prior to the return to us.
We will accept requests for authorization of returns, within 5 days of delivery of your order.

A store credit minus the shipping fee, and any applicable service charges, will be issued once your Return arrives back to us and will be valid for 1 month following the date of issue.
Refunds will continue to be provided for any item or items, that may be unavailable or discontinued by any of our vendors.
Returned items for store credit must be received in our hands within 14 days of carrier confirmation of delivery to you initially (delivery proof is found on the shippers web site (ie: USPS/UPS)).
Returned items arriving back to us beyond the 14 days of carrier confirmation, will not be honored.
Items must be in original packaging if it applies, or no credit will be issued.
Items must be clean, unsoiled, and not smell of smoke for any and all returns.
Customer is responsible for shipping and insuring the item’s return.
Including insurance on the return package is strongly encouraged, as we are not responsible for any item being lost/damaged in transit and no credit will be given if the item does not arrive back to us, or arrives damaged, without insurance coverage.
Providing us with a tracking number, will help us watch for the delivery of your return, as well as expedite our processing of your return.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
The exception, to the credit of shipping fees, is if a return must be made, due to an error on our part, we will then pay for the ship fee back to us, for the correction of the error.
Please enclose a copy of your original receipt, with the item circled on the receipt along with your return item.
Your return will be processed within 3-5 days after we receive said item, and an email will be sent to you with the ‘store credit’ code if applicable.
The following items are not returnable (NO EXCEPTIONS):

-- Bedding items (due to many of our customers having allergies to pets and/or nicotine, we are no longer able to accept returns of bedding, that has been delivered and opened). We will only sell new, original quality, bedding. This policy guarantees that you, as our customer, will not have any issues when your items arrive to your home.
Once we place an order for any item that you ordered with us, indicated by "special order", "framed to order", "custom order", "made to order", there is NO refund.
Items that fall under this category are marked 'made to order'/'framed to order'/'special order'/'custom order', and can be found in the item's description.
Any order cancelled, prior to the order shipping, will receive a refund less 20% for restocking.
Orders cancelled due to unavailability of product, will receive a full refund.
Farmhouse-Primitives.com assumes no liability for damage or injury resulting from the use of any of our products sold or supplied by our vendors.
Farmhouse-Primitives.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and our Terms and Conditions at any time.
We do NOT sell wholesale and no longer respond to email requests in regard to wholesale terms.
