We believe the most important part of the "sale" is getting your purchases to you in perfect condition.
Packing your order has become an "art" for us.
We use the utmost care when packing your items to ship. We do not scrimp on bubble wrap or foam peanuts, whatever is necessary to get your item to you in a safe method. We want your items to reach you safely.
We all hate having to pay shipping fees, us included, but unfortunately, we must pay the rates imposed upon us by the shippers.
We do, however, do our best to keep shipping fees to a minimum, however, there are some conditions that may exist that will cause us the need to charge you an additional ship fee to get your order to you.
These conditions may include:
--If your order is shipping out of the Continental 48 states
--If your box is "oversize" meaning the measurements that UPS and USPS use to categorize an oversize box
--If your box weighs excessively heavier than what the shipping chart allows for
--If you live in Mountain or Pacific time zones
--If your order must ship in more than one box (ie: many items will not ship safely together in one box if you order a large wooden item and it requires it's own box)
BUT WE DO ALL WE CAN TO KEEP YOUR SHIPPING FEES TO A MINIMUM.
Insurance is always utilized, and the shipping fees below have insurance included.

We do encourage you to remember, seasonal times thru the year, will see orders filled a bit slower, due to larger volumes of orders coming in to us.
If you should need an item by a certain date, we suggest that you note that on your order invoice, and we will confirm with you as to whether that date is attainable or not.
