DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE HELD UNTIL SHIPPER HAS INDICATED THAT IT MAY BE THROWN AWAY - we will notify you when you may destroy all the damaged items and packaging
We will require a photo of all damaged goods, via email with your order number. We must be contacted immediately, so please open your box and inspect your items as soon as it arrives.
The shipping companies do require you to hold all packing and merchandise, or they will not honor the damage claim. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
After we have received your photos of the damaged items, we will be in touch with you, to proceed further.
We pack our shipments with air pillows, peanuts, paper, bubble wrap, all that keeps it safe to ship safely. But damages can occur, and insurance is always included for those instances.
