We strongly encourage you to double check all entries typed, when ordering online.

We are not responsible for any typo errors that may be made on your address information during the order process.

IMPORTANT! Our shipping labels are automatically generated from our website, so any typo error made when you place the order will carry thru on the shipping information. Check your entries!

Once your package ships, we have no control over the delivery if a typo was made at checkout.

In the case of gift shopping.....Many of our items are 'drop shipped' (meaning they ship direct from our supplier after you place the order). The supplier runs their own inventory count at their location.
Due to this manner of shipping it is best to inquire via email with us
to make sure our supplier has the item in stock, and is able to meet the shipping deadline to get your gift on it's way when needed.
The items that are not 'inventoried' on the website, are generally the 'drop ship' or 'special order' items, and we do not stock them at our location. We place all drop ship orders with our suppliers immediately, each day.


Please print your receipt copy for your record after checkout. We do not include paper receipts with your order, allowing us to reduce paper waste.

If you do not receive an email with a receipt after checkout, your ISP has blocked our email to you. Please check your spam folder, as the receipt emails are automatically generated with every order.


The payment information provided by you at checkout, is NOT kept on file. This keeps us PCI compliant, within banking standards.
Our website payment processor, Wells Fargo, processes all payments, and/or refunds. We do not see any of your CC information.

We keep only your name, address, city, state, email and phone number in our database, for the purpose of processing any future orders, and providing your rewards points for your order.


Your email is kept on file for contacting you regarding your order.

Your email is never shared for any reason.

Your email will enable you to earn Farmhouse Rewards on your purchase.

Our preferred contact method regarding your order, is via email. Please stay alert to emails, until your order arrives, as we may be waiting on a reply regarding a question on your order.

When your order arrives to us, your email will be added to our newsletter list. Our email list sends coupons, sales events and new merchandise information. You may opt out of the list, by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link, of any newsletter we send to you.


We do not see your CC information when you pay thru our secure server.

We are PCI compliant, which makes our shopping cart secure for you to use.
Your payment method will be charged at checkout when the order is placed.
We do not accept any order without payment.


Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
In the event that an item you purchased, within the prior 7 days, should be discounted due to a sale promotion on our web site, contact us with your invoice number, date of purchase, and your full name. We will be happy to extend a price adjustment for you in the form of a store credit.
This pricing guarantee applies only to the same exact item that was purchased within the 7 days prior.


Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival, for any damages.

ALL BOXES SHIP WITH INSURANCE. Please contact us if you need help in filing a claim for damages received.

IMPORTANT: It is now mandatory by some/all shippers to view damaged goods, packing and shipping boxes, to make the claims in many instances. Due to this necessity, claims must be made on the buyer's end.

Be sure to keep your packing and box, in case they request to see the damage. Your receipt will also need to be provided to show the amount you paid for the item.

If this is not provided for the shipper to inspect, a claim for damages may be denied by the shipper. Please hold on to all proof of the damage claim until this is resolved.


A RETURN AUTHORIZATION is required for any item you wish to return.

You will find the Return Request Form under Customer Service.

Farmhouse Primitives is not responsible for any return sent to us without a ‘return authorization’, nor are we responsible to return the item back to you, when you have not requested the ‘return authorization’ prior to the return to us.

Return Authorizations must be requested within 7 days of delivery of your order.

Return Authorizations may be handled with:

  • Store Credit for future purchases
  • Refund less a 20% restocking fee
  • Shipping fees are not refundable
    • EXCEPTION: Farmhouse Primitives will pay shipping fees to replace an  item damaged in transit, or if we ship the wrong item due to our error.
    • Farmhouse Primitives will provide a shipping label for return of any defective item or item sent in error by us.

If an item is no longer available by our supplier, or if an item is discontinued by our supplier, a full refund will be provided.

Returns must be received by us, within14 days of carrier delivery to you. (delivery date can be viewed on the shipping carrier's web site with your tracking information)

Item being returned must be in original packaging if it applies, or no refund or credit will be provided. Item must be clean, unsoiled and not smell of smoke or pets.

Returns should be insured when shipping, as we will not refund or apply credit to any shipment lost or damaged without insurance. Insurance protects you.

Include a copy of your receipt with the Return Authorization number printed on it.

Providing us with a tracking number, after your return is tagged, will help us process your return timely.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 days, and you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your payment method, it could take up to 10 days with your bank.

We are charged by our CC processor, Wells Fargo, merchant fees to accept your CC order immediately at checkout. Therefore, orders canceled prior to the order shipping, will receive a refund less a 20% restock charge. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Orders canceled due to complete unavailability of a product that has been discontinued and unavailable for us to reorder, will receive a full refund.


If any item we offer is listed at an incorrect price, due to a typographical error, on our part, or our vendors part, we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for said item.

We will contact you regarding the error, and you may then choose to have a full refund, or pay the adjusted lower or higher price.

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to be valid for use with your order.

All discount coupon codes have expiration dates. Please note the expiration date and keep in a safe place until use.
Rewards code coupons are valid for 1 year, and valid only while our website is active.

When using a promo code, or sale discount, it will not be valid for any previous order placed. These promo codes are valid on immediate/future orders only.

At present, only one promo or discount code may be used at checkout.

  • We offer a discount for VETERANS and ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY.
    • You will need to submit, one time only, a clear photo of your military ID, along with a valid Drivers License. (cover sensitive info such as social numbers, etc. with paper) The ID and license must match your billing and shipping information on your order. You will be issued a discount code to enter at checkout after confirmation. This discount code will not expire.
      Confirmation is generally done within 24-48 hours.

We ship within the continental USA only.
We do not ship COD

We charge shipping rates by region (distance in relation to us).
Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you if this condition exists prior to shipping.
