- PAPER RECEIPTS
- Please print your receipt copy for your record after checkout. We do not include paper receipts with your order, allowing us to reduce paper waste.
- If you do not receive an email with a receipt after checkout, your ISP has blocked our email to you. Please check your spam folder, as the receipt emails are automatically generated with every order.
- The payment information provided by you at checkout, is NOT kept on file. This keeps us PCI compliant, within banking standards.
- We keep only your name, address, city, state, email and phone number in our database, for the purpose of processing any future orders, and providing your rewards points for your order.
- YOUR EMAIL
- Your email is kept on file for contacting you regarding your order.
- Your email is never shared for any reason.
- Your email will enable you to earn Farmhouse Rewards on your purchase.

- Our web site is checked every month by our bank, for PCI compliancy, which makes our shopping cart secure for you to use.

- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- In the event that an item you purchased, within the prior 7 days, should be discounted due to a sale promotion on our web site, contact us with your invoice number, date of purchase, and your full name. We will be happy to extend a price adjustment for you in the form of a store credit.
- This pricing guarantee applies only to the same exact item that was purchased within the 7 days prior.
- DAMAGED SHIPMENT
- Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival, for any damages, or errors on our part. We cannot issue a credit or claim for any item damaged in transit, that is not reported to us immediately, upon arrival to you, within 3 days.
- RETURN POLICY
- A RETURN AUTHORIZATION is required for any item you wish to return.
- Farmhouse Primitives is not responsible for any return sent to us without a ‘return authorization’, nor are we responsible to return the item back to you, when you have not requested the ‘return authorization’ prior to the return to us.
- Return Authorizations should be requested within 5 days of delivery of your order.
- Return Authorizations may be handled with:
- Store Credit for future purchases
- Refund less a 20% restocking fee
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- EXCEPTION: Farmhouse Primitives will pay shipping fees to replace an item damaged in transit, or if we ship the wrong item due to our error.
- Farmhouse Primitives will provide a shipping label for return of any defective item or item sent in error by us.
- If an item is no longer available by our supplier, or if an item is discontinued by our supplier, a full refund will be provided.
- Returns must be received by us, within 14 days of carrier delivery confirmation to you. (delivery proof may be found on the carrier web site)
- Item being returned must be in original packaging if it applies, or no refund or credit will be provided. Item must be clean, unsoiled and not smell of smoke or pets.
- Returns should be insured when shipping, as we will not refund or apply credit to any shipment lost or damaged without insurance. Insurance protects you.
- Include a copy of your receipt with the Return Authorization number printed on it.
- Providing us with a tracking number, after your return is tagged, will help us process your return timely.
- Your return will be processed within 3-5 days, and you will receive a confirmation email.. Depending on your payment method, it could take up to 10 days with your bank.

- CANCELLED ORDERS
- Orders cancelled prior to the order shipping, will receive a refund less a 20% restock charge. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Orders cancelled due to complete unavailability of a product discontinued and/or sold out and unavailable for us to reorder, will receive a full refund.
- If any item we offer is listed at an incorrect price, due to a typographical error, on our part, or our vendors part, we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for said item.
- We will contact you regarding the error, and you may then choose to have a full refund, or pay the adjusted lower or higher price.
- All graphics, logos, slides, watermarked pictures and terminology relating to the use of this web site, are the property of Farmhouse-Primitives.com.
- No copy of, or use of, any item, or terminology from our web site is allowed.

- We offer a discount for VETERANS and ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY.
- You will need to submit, one time only, a clear photo of your military ID, along with a valid Drivers License. (cover sensitive info such as social numbers, etc. with paper) The ID and license must match your billing and shipping information on your order. You will be issued a discount code to enter at checkout after confirmation. This discount code will not expire.

- Shipping fees are charged at checkout. If you reside in a higher rate shipping zone, and your box is oversize, we may need to adjust the shipping fee to get your order to you. We are located in Central Indiana, zip 46140.
Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you if this condition exists prior to shipping.
- Insurance is included on every shipment.
- Local Indiana customers residing in the counties of Hancock, Shelby or Marion, may select ‘local pickup’ at checkout and we will arrange a location to meet and deliver your shipment.
